Most firms that back gaming companies offer capital or advice. A smaller number offer both. Almost none of them can pick up the phone, call their own engineering team, and have something shipped inside the same week. That gap is where Inviox Capital Ventures was built to operate.

We are a technology-first private equity and advisory firm working exclusively within gaming and adjacent infrastructure. Our team has led exits exceeding one billion dollars in enterprise value and raised over one hundred million dollars across technology and gaming ventures. We operate from London and Istanbul.

The firm was founded on a specific conviction. Strategy without execution is a document. Capital without operational depth is a loan. The companies we back deserve both, delivered by the same team, under the same roof, with fully aligned incentives.

Inviox Studios functions as our operational arm. It is staffed by engineers, product leaders, and builders who work directly inside portfolio companies when execution needs to accelerate. We run Studios at zero profit. It exists to compound the value of our investments, not to generate a separate revenue line. That structure is intentional and it changes the nature of every engagement we take on.

Our investment focus is gaming infrastructure and services. We back B2B and B2C companies building the tools, platforms, and technology that help developers, publishers, and gaming communities operate at scale. We look for strong technical teams, clear product-market fit signals, and situations where our operational capability can materially change the trajectory of the business. We are deliberately selective because genuine usefulness requires focus and commitment.

When we invest, we work closely with leadership to sharpen product decisions, build repeatable operational systems, and implement the analytics infrastructure that makes growth legible and defensible. We do not arrive with a restructuring agenda. We build on top of existing talent and keep founders and their teams in control of the vision. Most of our exits happen within three to five years. We invest with that timeline in mind from the first conversation.

Our advisory practice operates on the same principle. We advise like owners because we manage capital and understand what institutional scrutiny looks like from the inside. We use a proprietary Management Portal to run every engagement, giving clients structured access to deliverables, workstreams, and decision frameworks in a secure, purpose-built environment. Every recommendation we make is one we are prepared to implement.

We will publish more on how we source deals, how we structure value creation plans, and how we think about scaling from early traction to institutional readiness. This is the beginning of that conversation.

If you are building something serious in gaming and you want a partner who can work at both the board level and the code level, we would like to speak with you.
