Fellowship Programme
Inviox Capital Ventures (ICV) is a UK-based private equity and strategic advisory firm operating internationally, with a focus on gaming, technology, and adjacent industries.
We work with founders, management teams, investors, and businesses on private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, corporate strategy, and business development.
We are looking for two exceptional individuals to join our six-month Fellowship Programme in Istanbul.
Who we are looking for
This is not a conventional internship where you spend six months observing meetings or completing repetitive administrative tasks.
Our Fellowship Programme is designed to introduce ambitious individuals to the practical realities of building and operating a private equity and advisory firm.
You will work closely with ICV's team across different areas of the business, from identifying prospective clients and originating transactions to supporting live deals, business operations, marketing, and strategic initiatives.
We don't expect you to know everything when you join. We expect you to be willing to learn, take responsibility, and execute.
The programme is deliberately broad. Rather than placing Fellows in one department, we want them to understand how different functions of a firm work together.
What you will do
Business Development & Deal Origination
Research and identify prospective clients, acquisition targets, and commercial opportunities.
Reach out to founders, executives, investors, and business owners.
Develop relationships, arrange introductory meetings, and help convert opportunities into engagements.
Build and maintain the firm's business development and transaction pipelines.
Private Equity & Transaction Advisory
Gain exposure to M&A, fundraising, and private equity transactions.
Assist with market research, company screening, financial analysis, and due diligence.
Support the preparation of investment materials, presentations, and client proposals.
Participate in transaction-related discussions and coordinate follow-ups.
Strategy, Marketing & Branding
Contribute to ICV's brand positioning, communications, and marketing initiatives.
Research new markets, industries, and strategic business opportunities.
Develop creative ideas for client acquisition, partnerships, and the firm's growth.
Help turn strategic ideas into actionable projects.
Operations & Management
Support the firm's day-to-day business operations and internal projects.
Coordinate activities across business development, advisory, and investment functions.
Work directly with senior team members on operational priorities.
Take ownership of assignments beyond a predefined job description when needed.
What we offer
We are particularly interested in students and recent graduates from leading universities, with strong academic backgrounds in finance, economics, business, management, engineering, or related disciplines.
More importantly, we value how you think and how you work.
The ideal candidate:
Is intellectually curious, ambitious, and genuinely eager to learn.
Has excellent communication skills in both English and Turkish.
Is comfortable approaching new people and building professional relationships.
Can think analytically, approach problems realistically, and exercise sound judgment.
Is creative when conventional approaches are not enough.
Takes initiative and follows through without requiring constant supervision.
Is comfortable working across multiple disciplines and adapting to changing priorities.
Understands that execution, attention to detail, and consistency matter as much as ideas.
Previous experience in private equity, investment banking, consulting, or business development is advantageous, but not required.
We are looking for potential, not a perfect CV.

What You'll Gain
Over six months, Fellows will gain practical exposure to how an international private equity and advisory firm operates.
You'll have opportunities to learn directly from experienced professionals, participate in real commercial activities, develop professional relationships, and build skills across origination, financial analysis, strategy, and business management.
Our objective is not simply to teach you how a particular department operates. It is to help you understand how an entire firm functions, from the first client conversation to the execution of a transaction.
