Recruitment Fraud Awareness
Thank you for your interest in Inviox Capital Ventures Ltd (“ICV”).
From time to time, companies may become aware of individuals or external parties falsely presenting themselves as recruiters, employees, representatives, or hiring partners of a business. These parties may contact candidates through social media, messaging apps, personal email accounts, job boards, or other unofficial channels.
Please be cautious of anyone claiming to represent ICV or one of our portfolio companies if they:
offer you a role without a formal interview process;
contact you from a personal or unofficial email address;
ask you to communicate only through messaging apps such as WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS, or similar platforms;
request payment, fees, deposits, training costs, equipment purchases, or paid resume services;
ask for sensitive personal or financial information before a formal offer has been accepted;
send documents that appear unusual, rushed, incomplete, or inconsistent with ICV’s official branding and communication style.
ICV will not request any monetary payment from candidates at any stage of the recruitment process.
ICV will not ask candidates to provide sensitive personal information, such as bank account details, passport information, tax information, identification documents, or similar private records, before a formal offer has been accepted and appropriate onboarding steps have begun.
ICV conducts recruitment communications only through official channels, including:
official ICV email addresses using the @invioxcapital.net domain;
the official ICV website;
ICV’s official LinkedIn accounts;
Google Meet for interviews and recruitment meetings.
Any official job offer from ICV will be sent from an email address ending in @invioxcapital.net.
ICV may also contact candidates on behalf of its portfolio companies, clients, or affiliated businesses.
Where this happens, communication will still be made through an official @invioxcapital.net email address, unless otherwise clearly confirmed through an official ICV channel.
Please note that fraudulent parties may use real employee names, copied logos, public company information, or replicated documents to make their communications appear legitimate. Always verify the source of any recruitment communication before sharing personal information or continuing the process.
If you believe you have received a suspicious message claiming to be from ICV, do not send money, do not share sensitive information, and do not click on suspicious links. You should report the matter to the relevant platform, your local authorities, or other appropriate fraud-reporting bodies.
For verification, please contact ICV only through our official website or recognised company channels.
