Who we are looking for

We are seeking a commercially minded and relationship-driven senior investment professional with strong execution capabilities and the ability to operate across dynamic, founder-led and institutional environments.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Significant experience within private equity, investment banking, venture capital, or strategic advisory

  • Strong transaction execution and negotiation experience

  • Established relationships across investors, founders, and senior industry stakeholders

  • Excellent commercial judgment and strategic thinking capabilities

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • The ability to represent the firm credibly in external-facing environments

What you will do

As GP II, you will play a central role across the firm’s investment and strategic activities.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Leading investment sourcing, evaluation, structuring, and execution processes

  • Supporting fundraising and investor engagement initiatives

  • Working closely with portfolio companies on growth strategy and value creation initiatives

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with founders, executives, investors, and strategic partners

  • Representing ICV across conferences, meetings, and industry events

  • Supporting the firm’s broader strategic expansion and market positioning efforts
