At ICV, we spend most of our time helping businesses grow. We work with founders, investors, and management teams to help them access capital, solve problems, and create opportunities.
Over time, we realized that many of the qualities we look for in businesses can also be found elsewhere. Athletes, community organizations, charities, and local initiatives often face similar challenges. They need support, resources, connections, and people who believe in what they are building.
That is why we are launching our sponsorship initiative.
The purpose is simple. We want to support ambitious people and worthwhile organizations while building relationships with those who share our values.
We are interested in working with athletes who are committed to their craft, organizations that make a positive contribution to their communities, and initiatives that help people grow, learn, and succeed. We are not focused on a particular sport, region, or type of organization. What matters most is the people behind it and the impact they are trying to make.
Support can take different forms. In some cases, it may be financial. In others, it may involve introductions, business guidance, access to our network, or simply helping open doors that may otherwise be difficult to reach. Every partnership is different, and we intend to approach each opportunity on its own merits.
We are not looking to simply hand out sponsorships. We want to build relationships with people and organizations that genuinely align with what we stand for.
The people and organizations we support become an extension of the ICV brand. Because of that, we care less about popularity and more about character, work ethic, professionalism, and long-term thinking. We want to partner with individuals and groups that are building something meaningful and are proud of the journey they are on.
The best partnerships happen when both sides believe in what the other is building. When that happens, support feels natural. We support their goals, and they become part of our story.
This initiative is still in its early stages, but it reflects how we think about growth. Success is not only measured by businesses, transactions, or financial results. It is also measured by the people we help, the opportunities we create, and the communities we contribute to.
As ICV continues to grow, we look forward to supporting athletes, organizations, and communities that share our commitment to hard work, ambition, and continuous improvement.
