Alpay has built experience across gaming, investment, art and consumer businesses, moving from creative production into entrepreneurship, fundraising and strategic growth. He founded and scaled a 100+ person international game development studio across 20+ countries and worked with major global clients in gaming, entertainment and technology.

He has managed or supported fundraising, partnerships and commercial deals across the UK, US, UAE, Poland, Singapore and Türkiye, $10M+ in advisory and fundraising mandates, and $5M+ in publishing, distribution, commercial agreements. He has also built and operated consumer ventures, supported an exit, and developed more than 40 NFT collections earlier in his career.
