About

Asad has built a career across finance, operations and commercial leadership in PE/VC-backed consumer and technology businesses, with experience spanning SaaS, e-commerce, gaming, telehealth, robotics, food service and business services. He has worked with companies scaling from £5m-£200m in revenue, improving profitability, strengthening cash management and preparing businesses for successful exits.

His experience includes supporting Inflow through its acquisition by Cerebral, serving as Finance & Operations Director / CFOO, and leading FP&A at Jagex through its reported $1bn+ sale from Carlyle Group to CVC. He has also held senior finance and operational roles at SECRET SALES, Noventis Safety, Ocado Group, Yum! Brands and Capita, where he worked across M&A, due diligence, fundraising, board reporting, pricing strategy, cost optimisation, forecasting and business transformation.

Earlier in his career, Asad qualified as an ACA chartered accountant and developed deep experience in financial modelling, corporate finance and commercial strategy.

He studied Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Imperial College London.
